Kāla (in Sanskrit/Tibetan) means time, emptiness, or the depths of the universe.
Like a witness who transcends time and space, it quietly records all manifestations of the inner world.
Whether it is a dream, reality, or the bardo state, there is no distinction
—every phenomenon flows through this “recorder”
just as Tibetan Buddhism teaches: all phenomena are like illusions, and only awareness is the eternal witness.
