When we over-identify with the personality as ‘me,’
we fall into endless conflict, contradiction, fear, judgment, sadness, despair, and insecurity.
All these negative states arise from the limiting patterns of the personality.
Therefore, you must use your highest intention,
drawing on the power of the soul,
to break free from the constraints of personality,
to integrate the unbalanced and incomplete parts of your mind,
and to transcend them.

This is what you need as a true seeker,
someone who longs for truth, for purity, for living as the authentic self—
this is the essential quality to cultivate.

This is the Heart Chakra.
It is the starting point of spirituality—
